This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, applications, or services that are not controlled by HashtagMyHome. Those third parties are responsible for their own privacy practices.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account and Identity Information

We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, password in protected form, Account type, Membership status, preferred language, communication preferences, login history, and other information used to establish, authenticate, and maintain your Account.

2.2 Seller and Property Information

When a Seller creates or participates in a Home For Sale Posting, we may collect property address information, property characteristics, photographs, descriptions, expected sale-price information, preferred timelines, interview preferences, communication preferences, uploaded documents, and information concerning the Seller's authority to act with respect to the property.

2.3 Listing Agent and Professional Information

When a Listing Agent registers or participates in the Services, we may collect professional name, contact information, license number and jurisdiction, license-renewal information, brokerage affiliation, office location, business profile, service area, professional qualifications, marketing information, Membership information, and uploaded documents.

2.4 Proposal and Home For Sale Posting Information

We may collect Proposal content, including commission information, marketing strategies, property valuations, qualifications, supporting documents, attachments, interview-related information, and communications associated with the relevant Home For Sale Posting.

Proposal information is collected and used to operate the Home For Sale Posting workflow and to support the Seller's evaluation of participating Listing Agents.

2.5 Payment and Transaction Information

When a User purchases a Membership, pays an Administration Fee, or purchases another eligible Service, we may collect purchase history, payment confirmations, billing information, quota usage, refunds, credits, tax-related information, and transaction records.

Complete payment-card numbers are processed by third-party payment processors and are not stored directly by ForSalePosting.com or HashtagMyHome, Inc.

2.6 Communications and Support Information

We may collect messages, emails, support requests, interview notifications, selection notifications, Membership notices, legal notices, security alerts, and other communications sent through or in connection with the Services.

2.7 Technical and Usage Information

We may automatically collect IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, language settings, time zone, session information, device identifiers, cookie information, log files, pages viewed, features used, referring pages, and information concerning errors, performance, and security events.

3. How We Use Information

3.1 Providing and Administering the Services

We use personal information to create and manage Accounts; authenticate Users; publish and administer Home For Sale Postings; deliver and display Proposals; support interviews and notifications; provide dashboards and reports; administer Memberships and quotas; process transactions; and provide customer support.

3.2 Safety, Security, and Compliance

We use information to verify identity, licensing, brokerage affiliation, ownership, or authority where appropriate; detect fraud, misuse, security incidents, and prohibited conduct; enforce our Terms of Use; maintain audit and operational records; respond to disputes; and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We use contact information to send Account notices, temporary-password messages, security alerts, service notifications, Home For Sale Posting updates, interview-related messages, Membership and license-renewal notices, legal notices, and customer-support communications.

Because the Services facilitate a selection process between Sellers and Listing Agents, we share information between participating Users when reasonably necessary for the relevant Home For Sale Posting. This may include profile information, Proposal information, interview scheduling, notifications, communications, and selection-related information.

Users must use personal and confidential information obtained through the Services only for the purpose permitted by the Terms of Use and applicable law.

4.2 Service Providers

We may disclose information to service providers that support hosting, cloud storage, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, customer support, security monitoring, fraud prevention, document storage, and other business operations. These providers may process information only for authorized purposes and subject to appropriate contractual or legal obligations.
